Deaf handicapped customers can make calls via12777 and 12999 through writing phone. Writing phone can customer buy on T-centers, and then apply it through UPSVaR cash contribution to the procurement of equipment under Law number 195/1998 social assistance ZNP (§ 59). Both numbers are available 24 hours a day except for referrals call operators do not provide other services.
